C+B Museum keeps the blues of Cuby & the Blizzards alive!

Take a look at the Cuby Museum in Grolloo. Relive the memories of the sixties, seventies and eighties with music and photos, a film of the Netherlands’ then most popular blues band Cuby & The Blizzards. Musical instruments, LPs, photos, videos, historical TV footage, they are all on display at the Cuby Museum Grolloo.

Now until spring 2027, the exhibition “Travelling With The Blues” is on show about the band’s tours in the past.

In addition to many images, in the form of photos and videos, Harry “Cuby” Muskee himself tells his story and that of the band via a podcast system. What remains of the performances at home and abroad from that time.

Harry Muskee was present for the opening of his museum on 1 June 2011. He passed away on 26 September of that year at the age of 70. Since then, many words have been dedicated to him, but his music no longer sounded from the stage. And for the music he lived, the blues was his music and his life.
