  1. Opening hours:
    For the pre and post season: Monday to Friday from 09:00 – 17:00 hours
    High season: Monday to Sunday from 08:30 – 19:00 hours
    In case of emergency, you can always press the intercom outside of opening hours. The phone number: which is available 24 hours a day: 0416 – 272775
  2. Parking of campers’ cars must be within the campsite or in a designated area. Only one car may be parked at the campsite, visitors must park their cars in the parking lot.
  3. Day visitors or guests are free and do not need to register. Guests who stay overnight are kindly requested to register.
  4. Dogs are very welcome at our campsite. However, dogs must be kept on a lead at all times on the campsite. Dogs can be walked in the woods or along the Duinlaan. If an accident occurs on the campsite, please clean it up immediately. Dangerous or aggressive dogs must be muzzled. Violation of these rules may result in removal from the campsite.
  5. The maximum speed is 5 KM per hour. If you do not adhere to this speed, we are obliged to confiscate your gate key and/or remove you from the campsite.
  6. Between 23:00 and 08:00 hours, you are expected to make no noise. From 22:00 hours, no music may be played outside due to sleeping children.
  7. During the season, the barrier is closed from 23:00 to 08:00 hours. Do you need to leave early in the morning? Please park your car in the parking lot in advance.
  8. The playgrounds may not be used after 22:00 hours due to noise disturbance.
  9. Newcomers with a permanent pitch pay a one-time administration fee of € 125.00.
  10. Party tents are not allowed at the tourist pitches.
  11. You are responsible for the maintenance of your seasonal pitch. We cannot get too close to your awning / tent or next to your caravan with the lawnmower due to damage.
  12. Our swimming pools are open from 09:00 – 21:00 hours in nice weather, unless stated otherwise.
  13. You are at all times liable and responsible for your own children. We accept no liability for accidents and damage caused by you and your children.
  14. This year we again have an extensive animation programme. Your (grand)children are of course very welcome. However, the animation team is in no way liable for your child running away or causing damage. The animation team is not a childcare service.
  15. In case of disputes or disagreements, it is strictly forbidden to use physical violence. If this rule is violated, your camping pitch will be immediately terminated and you will be removed from the campsite.
  16. For mediation/help in selling an existing chalet/mobile home on the campsite, we charge a commission of 5% of the sale price. For planned sales, we will place an advertisement on the website and show potential buyers around and connect them with you.
  17. Making a campfire or any other open fire is not allowed. Barbecues are allowed as long as they do not pose a risk of forest fires.
  18. It is not permitted to use your caravan/chalet for permanent residence. Please take this into account.
  19. Household waste must be collected separately and can be disposed of at the underground containers at the reception. It is not allowed to place/dispose of your waste in other locations. Bulky waste must be delivered by you to the municipal collection and not in our waste bins.
  20. Placing a children’s paddling pool at your pitch is not allowed.
  21. For complaints about noise disturbance or other complaints/comments, you can contact the reception.
  22. We strive to keep the toilet building as clean as possible. If dirt unexpectedly occurs, please report it immediately to the reception.
  23. Guests’ gardens must look well-maintained. If you fail to maintain your garden, we will address you on this. We may also have your garden tidied/maintained at your expense.
  24. Winter storage of your caravan is allowed for the period 2010/2011 for an amount of €175.00. The awnings and canopies must be removed from the caravan for this period.
  25. It is not allowed to create a garden or place fences at the seasonal and tourist pitches.
  26. Failure to comply with all these rules may result in your removal from the campsite.
