Botenwacht Nederland has been helping leisure boaters since 2003 who have been affected by boat breakdowns. This makes Botenwacht the official breakdown assistance organisation that provides direct technical help in case of trouble on the water. 7 days a week throughout the Netherlands.
Botenwacht provides breakdown assistance to its members throughout the Netherlands, including the sea ports, Zeeuwse Delta and IJsselmeer. Only the Wadden Islands are excluded.
Breakdown assistance consists of repairs to unforeseen sudden technical failures in propulsion and/or steering systems of your vessel that are of such a nature that you can no longer continue sailing. Maintenance work is not covered by breakdown assistance.
